WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Logical and analytical thinkers who enjoy working with datasets and statistics, can interpret quantitative information and use it to solve complex problems and draw meaningful insights
- Experience with one or more programming languages – Python is required
- A strong academic record, ideally with a degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or another quantitative field
- Curious and structured problem-solvers who can identify what matters most, think critically about assumptions and evidence, and are comfortable working through ambiguity
- Commercially curious individuals who are interested in understanding business problems and turning analysis into practical recommendations – no previous business experience is required
- Clear and confident communicators who can explain complex ideas and analytical findings logically and accessibly, both verbally and in writing
- Collaborative team players who build strong relationships, value different perspectives and are open to feedback
- Proactive and adaptable learners who take ownership of their work, show initiative and are keen to learn quickly and apply new knowledge
- Motivated, resilient and hard-working individuals who are always keen to get to the best answer

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

- Online Blended Assessment - Combines numerical and critical reasoning questions alongside behavioural and motivational questions, to help us understand your skills and approach to problem-solving.
- Online one-way video Assessment - Candidates who are successful at the blended assessment will then be invited to complete a short one-way video assessment.
- Online Python Coding Test
- 1st Round Interviews - 2 x 30-minute virtual interviews with Analytics Team
- 2nd Round Interviews - 2 x 45-minute in-person case study interviews with Associate Partners & Partners
